The Performance Excellence Network Black Hills is pleased to host a two part discussion September 13: a breakfast that continues the discussion from August 2 on the value of answering the Baldrige “Organizational Profile” questions and a 4-hour workshop applying those insights to a real case study. Speakers: Mitch Nachtigall and Chenoa Jensen, Baldrige Enthusiasts

Over breakfast, we will continue our discussion about the Baldrige Organizational Profile.  Participants will have an opportunity to apply these powerful questions to their own organization, exploring how they help optimize resources and build alignment.  For those who can stay, we will then apply the Organizational Profile question to a local nonprofit that is getting started on its performance excellence journey: Crossing Home Rapid City (www.facebook.com/CrossingHomeRapidCity).

Don’t worry – you won’t be behind if you didn’t make it to the August session.  Join us for the morning breakfast, the 4-hour workshop, or both!  This will be a free event and of value to anyone interested in improving their organization’s results.

The discussion is September 13 at Black Hills Area Habitat for Humanity.  Continental breakfast will be served from 6:45 to 7:15 with the discussion from 7:15 to 8:15 am.  The Crossing Home Rapid City workshop is 8:30 to 12:30.
