The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Becky Lyons, PhD (consultant and and Performance Improvement Consultant at Children’s Hospitals & Clinics), to our Jan 15 Rochester breakfast featuring a discussion on: “Mentorship in Times of Change.”
In honor of Karl Shurson’s leadership, this highly engaging session will discuss how a mentor can be a supportive resource during change. Participants will leave the with an organizational change model that incorporates a set of specific best practices for mentors and protégés during each stage of a change.
Following Becky’s presentation we will be awarding our 2018 Karl Shurson Quality Awards.

Becky Lyons, PhD, focuses on helping people and organizations understand and improve their performance. Her tenure in the healthcare industry has taught her the impact that change can have on teams and importance of helping those teams to adapt to change. With experience as a learning professional, training and development executive, and performance improvement consultant, she has helped leaders at all levels of organizations to adapt and learn the knowledge, skills, and attitudes they need to work through change.
