Pressure is an inevitable part of our work and daily lives.  Pressure is like stress on steroids and can adversely affect important decisions, negotiations, high stakes meetings, presentations, and job interviews. Pressure tends to make things seem worse, which negatively impacts our overall performance as well as our quality of life. People who can maintain their cool and calm in challenging, high-pressure situations put themselves in a better position to succeed. Facilitated by Pam Solberg-Tapper.

This lively session provides practical strategies to reduce the pressure in your personal and professional life, and will help you bring out your best when it matters most.

The discussion will be hosted at a location TBD in Duluth (details after registration).  Continental breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 7:30 with the discussion from 7:30 to 8:30 am. No cost for members; $20 for non-members.
