The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Peggy Anderson, Quality Manager, Kato Cable, to our March Mankato Area PEN breakfast discussion: “Engaging Employees at Kato Cable.”

Peggy will share how Kato Cable has engaged their workforce through special recognition and involving them in continual improvements throughout the business.   Employees receive acknowledgement and recognition through submission of process improvement suggestions, which are generated from a random act by an employee or group and not driven to address a specific quality issue.  The results have significantly improved the company's results!
