The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to announce a special full-day workshop July 23 in the Twin Cities (specific location TBD): “Systems by Design: Making Improvement & Change Stick.” The workshop will be facilitated by Mike Stoecklein, Partner, Institute for Enterprise Excellence (IEX) and is intended for leaders and professionals who wish to learn how to design and adjust systems/processes that will deliver sustained desired outcomes AND drive ideal behaviors.
Participants will practice on the design and redesign of systems using the IEX “System Template” approach. For a short video on how Mayo Clinic Franciscan LaCrosse has been adjusting a variety of systems in their organization using this approach, visit here.
