Sustaining Your Organization: Business Continuity Planning -- June 18 Mankato Area Breakfast

Registration is closed for this event
You never think your organization needs business continuity planning until it does -- and then it's too late! Disasters can strike an organization at any time -- fire, flood, severe weather, cyber attacks. If your organization doesn't have a plan, it could be at great risk for sustainable.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Bob Eastham, Fire & Rescue Consultant from South Central College, to our June 18 Mankato Area PEN breakfast discussion: “Sustaining Your Organization: Business Continuity Planning.”

Bob will provide a brief history of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), the reasons BCP is important to any business or organization, and an overview of the five steps to BCP -- steps you could take today to protect your organization.  The discussion will be targeted to small to medium sized businesses; however, any sized organization would get a better understanding of what it can and should do prior to a disaster to remain viable after one.

The discussion will be hosted by South Central College in North Mankato.  Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the discussion from 8:00 to 9:00 am. For a limited time, Mankato Area PEN breakfasts are offered at NO COST for members or non-members!!  So come try out the forum – learn practices that can improve your organization’s performance and network with local leaders and professionals who are passionate about excellence!
