Making Data-Driven Decisions -- Aug 15 Black Hills Lunch

Come to Ascent Innovation on the SD School of Mines campus for a livestream webinar on August 15th. This month we will dive into Category 4 of the Baldrige Excellence Framework - Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management.  Mike Gratz will livestream with us all the way from Minneapolis to talk about making data-driven decisions in a forum that answers the framework question, "How do you measure, analyze, and then improve organizational performance?".

Mike Gratz has over 25 years of entrepreneurial leadership. His experience brings to life the practical application of Operational Excellence and continuous improvement tools.  Mike was recently the SVP at Meaningful Impact Professionals (MIPRO).  In that role, Mike and his team developed and delivered both public and private workshops for leadership and frontline staff.  Mike also had responsibility for building partnerships between MIPRO and continuous improvement organizations across the country.
