A Matter of Life & Death: Improving the Superior Fire Department — Sept 18 Twin Ports Breakfast

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Scott Gordon, Battalion Chief with the Superior Fire Department to our Sept 18 TPPEN breakfast: “A Matter of Life & Death: Improving the Superior Fire Department.”

Scott will share some of the continuous improvement efforts involving the fire department, including the department's work in preventing fires and responding to community crisis (such as the Husky fire a couple of years ago).  Scott's insights will translate to any organization that relies on process and rapid response.  Attendees can also tour the brand new fire department!

The discussion will be hosted by the Superior Fire Department (details after registration).  Continental breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 7:30 with the discussion from 7:30 to 8:30 am. No cost for members; $20 for non-members.
