The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Therese White, Vice President of Employee Services and Catherine Davis, Learning and Development Director, both of Think Bank, to our Nov 6 Rochester breakfast featuring a discussion on: “Starting Off Right: Best Practices in On-Boarding New Employees.”

Years ago, Think Mutual Bank committed to investing in a comprehensive employee onboarding program.  It is rooted in the belief that if you help the employee learn and understand the culture, their new role, and how their role fits into the larger organization, they will thrive.  In this discussion, Therese and Catherine will share Think's onboarding philosophy and process including best practices gained from implementing their onboarding program.

The discussion is at Woodlake Meeting Center.  Continental breakfast will be served from 7:15 to 7:45 with announcements at 7:45 and the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am.  No cost for members; $30 for non-members.
