The next discussion will be Tuesday, November 19 from 2:00-4:00 PM in Minneapolis (hosted by Hennepin County & the Minneapolis Central Library) and will feature a facilitated peer-to-peer discussion on best practices in identifying metrics/data needed to monitor, evaluate, improve agency performance, process or team performance, or project performance. The discussion will include three separate rounds of discussion (using Art of Hosting or World Cafe format) to identify and explore different ways better use data to improve performance. The session will be facilitated by Irina Fursman of Hue.Life.
You can participate in person or virtually through streaming. To attend in person (at Mpls Central Library), plan to arrive 1:45-2:00 for informal networking and a light snack; discussion is 2:00-4:00.
