The Performance Excellence Network – in partnership with the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce – is pleased to welcome Brianna Harrington, the founder of Seek United (an organization dedicated to helping people thrive), to our February 12 PEN breakfast discussion: “Stress Resiliency.” The event is also part of the Chamber's Business Education Series.
Brianna will share techniques to manage and reduce stress that all of us can use! She will explore the role that “hyper-consumption” is having on us, and the role that organizations need to have to help their employees reduce stress and achieve their best outcomes. Her methods will increase your capacity to effortlessly deal with high-stress situations and reduce the long-term health impacts of prolonged stress on the body by learning how to make small changes in your daily habits.
