The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Patty Mester, general manager of WDSE/WRPT , to our Feb 19 TPPEN breakfast: “Managing Change.”
Few industries are going through as much change as media. Patty will share some of her thoughts of how WDSE/WRPT are navigating change, remaining relevant, and continuing to evolve to offer value to the community. She will also share some of her thoughts of how she's helping to manage change internally with staff, insights that could benefit all of our organizations.
The discussion will be hosted by WDSE; details after registration. Optional tour after the discussion! Continental breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 7:30 with the discussion from 7:30 to 8:30 am. No cost for members; $20 for non-members.
