The Lincoln Park business district has been going through a revitalization the last five years.  Many businesses have expanded, many new businesses have moved in, and new apartment buildings are going to be built within a few blocks of each other.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Julia Mattson, Executive Director of the Lincoln Park Business Group, to our Mar 18 TPPEN breakfast: “Revitalizing a Business District.”  She will be joined by Tom Hanson, Vice President of the Lincoln Park Business Group, and owner of the Duluth Grill, Noble Pour, OMC Smokehouse and Corktown Deli.

Julia and Tom will share what it’s been like going through this positive and exciting change.  They will also talk about what it’s like working with the business leaders that serve on the LPBG Board.  They’ll also provide their vision for the future.

Come listen to how this ‘old’ neighborhood, which was once run down, has turned into a shining example of how people can work together to create big changes.

The discussion will be hosted by the Noble Pour in Lincoln Park; details after registration.  Continental breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 7:30 with the discussion from 7:30 to 8:30 am. No cost for members; $20 for non-members.
