In place of what would be a normal PEN breakfast forum (so bring your own coffee!), the Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host a special online webinar discussion on Thursday, May 28: “Maintaining Productivity in Changing Work Environments.”  The discussion will be facilitated by Jan Lehman, a productivity expert and CEO of CTC Productivity.

Jan will explore proven and emerging best practices in maintaining personal productivity in changing work environments: how to maintain team engagement, maximize productivity, communicate with and balance the needs of a split workforce. She will share some tips of how to maintain worker efficiency and effectiveness in a virtual setting (yours and/or your team's), but she'll also explore how leaders can manage a split virtual/in-person workforce and how teams can maintain productivity coming back into work environments that may look and feel very different than pre-COVID due to social distancing requirements.
