Delivering on a Commitment of Race Equity -- June 25 PEN Webinar

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, June 25: “Delivering on a Commitment of Race Equity."  The discussion will be facilitated by Lisa Tabor, Principal at CultureBrokers, a Minneapolis-based consulting firm that helps organizations get meaningful diversity, inclusion and equity results.

Lisa will explore the meaning of true racial equity to the community and to the organizations in which we work.  She'll share her insights as to why organizations need to make high-impact change now, for the benefit of their workforce and stakeholders -- including the positive financial impact that true racial equity can offer organizations. She’ll illustrate six key principles that all organizations need to follow to get meaningful and sustainable results, and she'll offer a few suggestions of what any decision-maker in any organization can do now to make progress on delivering greater racial equity.
