Best Practices for (Virtual) Communication, Productivity, Managing Change — Dec 3 Webinar

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, December 3: “Best Practices in (Virtual) Communication, Productivity, Managing Change.”  This will be a “speakerless” discussion that consists of three “lightening rounds” of self-moderated sharing and learning from each other!

The three topics were carefully selected using feedback from the last three months' PEN webinar surveys.  They are the three most often mentioned challenges that we all face:

1. Best practices for (virtual) communication -- ways to connect with your team, reduce isolation, manage remote work, maintain team morale with a virtual or hybrid workforce.
2. Increasing productivity -- ways to achieve outcomes with smaller budgets or staffing levels; how to reduce low value added work; how to optimize resources during times of financial pressure.
3. Managing change -- how to manage the pace of change, disruptions and frequent shifting of priorities.  How to keep team members engaged in -- and resilient to -- what seems to be accelerating change.

PEN will provide a simple process to help facilitate the dialogue, but largely the session will be organic, allowing participants to contribute and connect in whatever way is meaningful to them.  Each discussion topic will last approximately 15 minutes, providing an opportunity to learn from others in and outside your industry.

The discussion will provide an opportunity for sharing, learning, networking (and all-important professional connection).
