Mindful Integrity: Living Your Organization’s Values -- Dec 17 Webinar

Are your organization’s values lived -- are they dynamic, used to guide decision making -- or are they merely words framed on the wall? “Lived values” are known by and guide all employees, a hallmark of high integrity organizations -- they enable organizations and their employees to walk the talk.  And in times of chaos, lived values drive organizations to achieve their vision.

The Performance Excellence Network  is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, December 17: “Mindful Integrity: Living Your Organization’s Values.”  The discussion will be facilitated by Irene Kelly of Prisma LLC and Bonnie Henriksen of Life Song Coaching.

In this session, you will experience how mindfulness opens space to notice any blind spots.  You will gain clarity about how you are (or are not) living your organization’s values, and you'll identify opportunities to fully step into integrity.

The objectives of the discussion are: 

  • Understand how living your organization’s values propels its vision
  • Experience how mindfulness inspires “living” your values
  • Identify ways to assure “lived” values 

Come prepared with a stone or a small object that you can carry in your pocket for one of the exercises!

The discussion will be a live Zoom MEETING (so you can see/talk with others for better networking, connectedness!) Thursday, December 17 from 8:00-9:00 CT.  Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion.  Free for PEN members; $20 for non-members.
