Building a Pathway of Ethical Leadership During Politically Divided Times -- Apr 1 Online PEN Discussion

Registration is closed for this event
We live in politically divided times, and the political divisions reach well beyond government. These dynamics influence public trust in companies, organizations, media, and communities, and they challenge the role of current and emerging leaders. How can leaders navigate these dynamics? How can we cultivate emerging leaders who embrace the principles of ethical leadership?

The Performance Excellence Network — in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, April 1: “Building a Pathway of Ethical Leadership During Politically Divided Times.”  The discussion will be facilitated by Lee Rasch, Executive Director of LeaderEthics-Wisconsin and retired president of Western Technical College, LaCrosse.

This (non-partisan) discussion will focus on four key principles for ethical leadership: a) truthfulness, b) transparency, c) unification, and d) the commitment to serve the interests of one’s entire constituency. The session will include practical suggested steps in developing ethical leadership practices.

This session is Thursday, April 1 from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional speed networking and mingling 7:45-8:00), using Zoom MEETING.  Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion.  Free for PEN/WCPE members; $20 for non-members.
