The Performance Excellence Network — in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, May 27: “Strategies to Create a More Resilient Organization & Workforce.” The discussion will be facilitated by Dr. JoAnn Sternke, Senior Director & Coach at Studer Education (former Superintendent of Pewaukee Public Schools, Wisconsin, winner of the 2013 Baldrige National Quality Award).
In this workshop, we will come to a clear understanding of the definition of resilience and learn:
- A user-friendly definition of resilience -- and why it is so important to understand its depth,
- Keys to resilient leadership -- and how your role modeling of resiliency enhances the resiliency in others, and
- How resilient leaders execute strategy to lay the groundwork for recovery in their organizations by using a systems approach.
JoAnn will bring humor and her ability to motivate and make the complex simple. You will leave energized and with a simple playbook to take the next step to improve resilience in your organization -- for today's continued changes and for whatever lies ahead.
This session is Thursday, May 27 from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional speed networking and mingling 7:45-8:00), using Zoom MEETING. Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion. Free for PEN/WCPE members; $20 for non-members.
