The Performance Excellence Network — in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, June 10: "Creating an Inclusive Culture with "Living Room Conversations." The discussion will be facilitated by Jessica Shryack, Ph.D., Organizational Development Consultant and founder of Clarity Collaborations.
The Living Room Conversations conversation model provides a way for employees to experience both belonging and uniqueness in a structured, small group format. Even around potentially divisive issues like race, gender and privilege, employees can have productive, meaningful conversations, fostering personal and organizational change. In this session, participants will learn more about the LRC model and its benefits, understand how it can be used in an organizational setting, and engage in a small group LRC demonstration to "practice" the technique.
Come learn a tool that's being used by thousands of leaders nationwide facilitate meaningful crucial conversations and create open and inclusive cultures. Read more about Jessica and the LRC model in the April 24 Star Tribune article here.
