Effective Communication in Changing Work Environments -- Nov 4 PEN Webinar

The Performance Excellence Network –- in partnership with the St. Paul Area Chamber and the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence -– is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on November 4: “Effective Communication in Changing Work Environments.”  The discussion will feature leaders from three different types of organizations, each sharing insights, tips, and successful methods that have helped them communicate with and engage their workforce. Speakers -- from a business, senior care system, and higher education institution -- include:

The discussion will focus on how communication approaches have shifted the last 18 months to accommodate changes in the work environment; how technology is used to enhance communication (but also non-digital methods for effective communication); and how leaders are working to ensure frank, open and effective two-way communication with their teams.
