Creating More Civil, Healthy, Productive Work Environments -- Jan 27 PEN Webinar

Registration is closed for this event
Organizational culture can make or break organizational success.  And during today’s turbulent and ever-shifting work climate, leaders are challenged to create and sustain healthy organizational cultures – those that promote inclusion, reduce conflict and toxicity, and stimulate workforce engagement.

The Performance Excellence Network –- in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence – is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on January 27: “Creating More Civil, Healthy, Productive Work Environments.”

The discussion will feature three expert speakers, each sharing insights, tips, and successful methods that help leaders create healthier, engaging work environments.  We will hear from:

  • Anna Maravelas, founder/CEO of Thera Rising International, on ways to reduce workplace conflict.
  • Mitch Kusy, Fulbright Scholar, professor, Antioch University, on ways to reduce workplace toxicity.
  • Tammy Krings, founder/CEO of The Conversations that Matter, on ways to foster a more healthy team environment, especially during a period where teams are hiring new talent and constantly reforming.

Each speaker will give a brief, “TEDtalk” like presentation, sharing their insights and recommendations, and then we’ll have time for Q&A and discussion with the audience.

This session is Thursday, Jan 27 from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional speed networking and mingling 7:45-8:00), using Zoom MEETING.  Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion.  Free for PEN/WCPE members; $20 for non-members.
