Connecting to Purpose: Making your Mission Come Alive -- Feb 24 PEN Webinar

Registration is closed for this event
Many of us are still navigating uncharted waters, as we lead our organizations (or departments) through changes complicated by the continued impact of COVID-19...and it has been a long journey.  So how do we recharge ourselves and our people? Connecting (or re-connecting) with your organization's mission and purpose is a terrific way to intentionally re-engage your team, your organization, and yourself.

The Performance Excellence Network -- in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence – is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on February 24: "Connecting to Purpose: Making Your Mission Come Alive."

The session facilitator will be Dr. JoAnn Sternke, former superintendent at Pewaukee Public Schools, a 2013 Baldrige recipient.  JoAnn is a Senior Director and Coach at Studer Education, a Baldrige master examiner, past member of Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Panel of Judges, and is currently serving as interim superintendent for the Shorewood (WI) School District.  JoAnn will share her insights and tips on how leaders -- at all levels of an organization -- can (re)build workforce engagement, create a culture that focuses on aligning personal action with the organization's mission, and create an environment that inspires action that will improve organizational performance.

This session is Thursday, February 24 from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional speed networking and mingling 7:45-8:00), using Zoom MEETING. Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion. Free for PEN/WCPE members; $20 for non-members.

Can't make it live but interested in the content?  Register anyway: all registered attendees get a link to the recording after the session!
