The Performance Excellence Network — in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, July 28: “Leadership Challenges: New Needs Require New Ways of Leading.”  The discussion will be facilitated by Tammy Krings, CEO of The Conversations that Matter.

In this discussion, Tammy will explore how leaders at all levels move from chaos to clarity as they pause to speed up and rethink how they approach the ever-changing leadership demands.  The webinar will feature a mini-experience of PEN's upcoming Leadership Excellence Challenge, where we explore the 3 P’s Framework: People, Process & Profits.  Tammy will help you name your greatest leadership pain points, identify the barriers for each, and tap into the wisdom of the community to provide additional prompts to explore solutions.
