Year End Sharing, Reflection — Dec 1 PEN Webinar

This will be a “speakerless” discussion that consists of three “lightening rounds” of self-moderated sharing and learning from each other!  (We're also going to include some year-end fun and prizes!)  We will focus on these three questions (so think about what you can share/offer -- and what you want to hear from others!):

1. What mountains did you ascend this year?  What are your proudest accomplishment(s), and what one piece of advice could you offer others that led to that success?
2. What cliffs do you face moving into 2023?  What are your (or your organization's) biggest challenges in the coming year -- one or two on which you could benefit from hearing others' advice?
3. What are your aspirations (goals) for 2023 or beyond?

PEN will provide a simple process to help facilitate the dialogue, but essentially, the session will be organic, allowing participants to contribute and connect in whatever way is meaningful to them.  Each discussion topic will last approximately 12-15 minutes, first in small groups and then inviting the best, most valuable insights to the large group in a short debrief.

Why the mountains & cliff imagery?  At the end of the webinar, we are excited to reveal the 2023 PENworks conference theme!

And we're also excited to create some fun within the webinar (for example, the attendee with the ugliest holiday sweater -- so come prepared!).

The discussion will provide an opportunity for sharing, learning, networking and all-important professional connection, as well as fun, lighthearted year-end reflection -- something we all need these days!
