The Performance Excellence Network — in partnership with the St. Paul Area Chamber and the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, July 13: “The Power of Measurement: A Community Discussion on Data-Informed Decision Making.” The discussion will be facilitated by Amy Kay Czechowicz, who leads Process Improvement, Business Analysis, and Change Management at Ramsey County.
In the discussion, we'll explore the paradox of having more information but less time; consider the impact of cognitive bias on our conclusions; and put our heads together to uncover useful actions we can take in our day-to-day decisions-making to get quality thinking and quality outcomes. Amy Kay will use a technique called Technology of Participation (ToP), which is a powerful collection of structured facilitation methods that transform the way groups think, talk, and work together. So come for a discussion on data-based decision making, but also experience a set of simple, flexible facilitation methods that can help you address other complex challenges in your organizations!
This session is Thursday, July 13 8:00-9:00 CT (optional speed networking and mingling 7:45-8:00), using Zoom MEETING. Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion. Free for PEN/WCPE members; $20 for non-members.
Can’t make it live but interested in the content? Register anyway: all registered attendees get a link to the recording after the session!
