Manager Skills Workshop -- Oct 8-9 IN-PERSON Workshop

Perhaps you know a new manager, who is struggling to understand the new world of managing others. Unfortunately, we’ve found that the majority of employees who are promoted into a supervisor or management role were never given any type of formal training to do so. As a result, they oftentimes don’t feel set up for success, which can lead to your new supervisor/manager feeling frustrated, disillusioned and ineffective overall.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to announce a unique & powerful workshop: Manager Skills Workshop.  The workshop will be hosted October 8 full day (8:30-4:30) and October 9 half day (8:30-12:00) at Normandale Community College in Bloomington, MN.  The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Bryan Williams, long-term partner of PEN and opening keynote of our 2023 conference.  Don't delay: this workshop WILL sell out!!

The Manager Skills Workshop covers all of the basics on how to effectively manage others on a team.
