The Performance Excellence Network -- in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence and the Iowa Quality Center and in cooperation with the Greater Rochester NY Quality Council -- is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, October 17: “Cool Tools: Exploring Continuous Improvement Tools.”
We will explore many (6-8) CI tools, introduced by a speaker who will share what the tool is, how their organization uses it, and successes they've experienced. After all tools are introduced, we will head to self-selected breakout discussions, where webinar participants can share best practices, tips, and other insights in using those specific tools. Tools are being finalized, but tentatively include PDSA, A3, Fishbone, Customer Journey Mapping, and many others. This will be a unique, highly interactive discussion, in which everyone shares and everyone learns!
This session is Thursday, October 17 from 8:00-9:00 CT (no pre-webinar networking, as the session will focus heavily on networking & sharing!), using Zoom MEETING. Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion. Free for PEN/WCPE/IQC members; $20 for non-members.
