The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host a special online series this fall: “Jumpstart Your Transition.” This unique offering will include six 90-minute group coaching sessions to help you explore your next career move, either inside or outside your current organization. Sessions will be September through November — and are flexible (they will be determined by the cohort itself!). Facilitators are Develop Good to Great & Morgan McGuire Leadership LLC.

- Interactive personal adventure, driven by you
- Group coaching experience - Six 90-minute sessions with assessments, experiential learning, and optional 1:1 coaching (specific dates/times between Sept and November, determined by the cohort)
- Deep dive into yourself to find answers that are within you. We’ll help you make them visible so you can take action.
