This discussion will explore career transitions from two perspectives:
- For those currently in (or anticipating) a job/career transition, the discussion will explore your personal purpose, vision, and core values as well as the elements of a solid career transition plan
- For leaders who expect to have new team members transition into (or team members transition out of) your team, the discussion will explore the elements of a good career development and succession plan
With staffing and talent issues continuing to linger -- and with the job market in a growing state of uncertainty -- this discussion will be useful for any professional in any role within any size or type organization, whether you are making a transition now or at any point in the future. And we will all will at some point, either within the same organization to a different team/role, between organizations, or out of the work world into retirement. Come explore the best practices in making a more seamless, more effective transition!
