The Performance Excellence Network -- in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence and the Iowa Quality Center and in cooperation with the Greater Rochester NY Quality Council -- is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, July 10: “Encore Cool Tools: Exploring Continuous Improvement Tools.”
We will explore several contemporary Continuous Improvement (CI) tools, introduced by a speaker who will share what the tool is, how their organization uses it, and successes they've experienced. After all tools are introduced, we will head to self-selected breakout discussions, where webinar participants can share best practices, tips, and other insights in using those specific tools. This will be a unique, highly interactive discussion, in which everyone shares and everyone learns!
