A Formula for Deconstructing Business Conflict.” The session will be facilitated by Kalli Matsuhashi, Executive Confidante & Thera Rising International Associate.
In this discussion, Kalli will help attendees better understand how and why conflicts emerge in your business or organization, conflicts that can threaten growth, profitability, and even family relationships. Participants will be introduced to a formula for understanding business conflicts – how to identify the elements of the conflict and choose a path forward toward resolution.
