Lead More Successful Change with 5 Proven Principles and AI -- Feb 19 PEN Webinar

Registration is closed for this event
Research is clear--most leaders drive change using a mix of gut instinct and fragmented logic. This discussion is a reset—offering a fresh, practical way to start thinking  about leading change.

The Performance Excellence Network — in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence and the Iowa Quality Center and in collaboration with the Greater Rochester Quality Council — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, February 19: “The Leader’s Change Lab: Lead More Successful Change with 5 Proven Principles and AI.”  The discussion will feature Dr. Mitch Kusy and Dr. Gilles Benoit and the insights in their groundbreaking new book, The Playbook for Leading Change: Proven Strategies for Success.  The session will focus on evidence-based leadership practices with a bold twist: AI-backed insights to accelerate clarity and sharpen decision-making.

Drawing on five proven, science-based methods, the session provides a concise snapshot of how research-backed leadership can be applied in real situations. You’ll leave with new perspectives, shared language, and a clearer framework for approaching change—not a full toolkit, but a solid starting point. (For the full toolkit, this webinar introduces two optional, immersive workshops that build on these ideas and take place -- one May 7 and one July 22; we'll mention details in the webinar and by email!)

The webinar discussion will outline:

  • 5 proven practices of change
  • Engagement of game-changing AI boosts
  • 4 top change challenges leaders face.

Come explore proven practical tools to lead change with speed, precision, and unstoppable impact.

This session is Thursday, February 19 from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional speed networking and mingling 7:45-8:00), using Zoom MEETING.  Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion.  Free for PEN/WCPE/IQC members; $20 for non-members.

Can’t make it live but interested in the content? Register anyway: all registered attendees get a link to the recording after the session!
