Leadership Best Practices in Today's Environment: A Panel Discussion -- Mar 4 IN-PERSON Twin Ports PEN Discussion

Registration is closed for this event
There’s a lot going on these days. A lot. Businesses and organizations are facing increasing uncertainty and a growing number of complex challenges (such as a tightening economy, the risks & opportunities brought on by AI, socio-political uncertainty, and many others).  So as these challenges continue to mount (as well as new ones emerge), we’ll reflect on good and best practices for leaders to navigate today’s ever-shifting environment.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host an IN PERSON discussion on Wednesday, March 4 from 8:00-9:00, hosted in the Twin Ports (location TBD): “Leadership Best Practices in Today's Environment: A Panel Discussion.”  The discussion will feature a panel of leaders from different types of organizations; panelists to be announced soon.

The discussion will explore ways to navigate today’s environment, focusing on:

  • best practices communication, accountability, succession planning
  • best practices in how to leverage artificial intelligence to improve productivity and solve complex challenges
  • best practices in building organizational and personal resilience
  • best practices in managing the pace of change
  • and many others!

As leaders and professionals, we all want to remain effective in an ever-changing environment.  And we could all stand to learn from each other to navigate these challenging times. Explore how to sustain your organization and how to ensure your own resiliency through what likely is a period of constant change and shifting challenges.

This session is Wednesday, Mar 4 from 8:00-9:00 AM at a location in the Twin Ports (TBA). Arrive, network, mingle (yes, you asked for it — you have in person networking!) from 7:30-8:00 (light snacks provided); discussion 8:00-9:00.  Free for PEN members; $20 for non-members.
