The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host an IN PERSON discussion on Wednesday, March 4 from 8:00-9:00, hosted in the Twin Ports (location TBD): “Leadership Best Practices in Today's Environment: A Panel Discussion.” The discussion will feature a panel of leaders from different types of organizations; panelists to be announced soon.
The discussion will explore ways to navigate today’s environment, focusing on:
- best practices communication, accountability, succession planning
- best practices in how to leverage artificial intelligence to improve productivity and solve complex challenges
- best practices in building organizational and personal resilience
- best practices in managing the pace of change
