Responsible AI in Practice: A Twin Ports PEN Discussion

There’s a lot changing right now especially when it comes to how organizations are thinking about and using artificial intelligence. For many leaders, the question is no longer whether to use AI, but how to do so in a way that is both effective and responsible; balancing opportunity, risk, impact on people, and long-term direction. The Performance Excellence Network is hosting an in-person breakfast discussion in the Twin Ports on Wednesday, June 3:

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host an IN PERSON discussion on Wednesday, June 3 from 8:00-9:00, hosted in the Twin Ports: Responsible AI in Practice: A Real-time Leadership Discussion

This will be a peer conversation focused on what leaders are seeing, navigating, and deciding in real time.

We’ll explore questions such as:

  • What is being created — and what is being disrupted — as AI becomes more embedded in our work?
  • What does “responsible AI” actually look like in your organization or role?
  • What is possible if AI is applied thoughtfully and intentionally?
  • On the current trajectory, what impact do you see in your organization over the next 1, 5, and 10 years?
  • How does that compare to what you want to see?
  • What needs to happen now, individually and within our organizations, to move toward that future?

This is a chance to step back from the pace of change, hear how others are approaching similar questions, and think more clearly about your own next steps.

This session is Wednesday, June 3 from 8:00-9:00 AM at a location in the Twin Ports.           Arrive, network, mingle (yes, you asked for it — you have in person networking!) from 7:30-8:00 (light snacks provided); discussion 8:00-9:00.  Included with membership for PEN members; $20 for non-members.
