It's Beyond Good Italian Food: How to Get and Keep Lasting Customers -- Feb 4 Rochester Breakfast

Registration is closed for this event
Getting people in the door, and creating a quality, memorable experience is one the most important parts of any business.  What is Pasquale's Neighborhood Pizzeria doing to bring in new customers and keep long lasting customers?  If you follow them on social media, you know who Pop is and he's making you laugh.  I am sure you have also watched posts of them cooking up something delicious, and you are left with your mouth watering.  Do you ever see that little Paquale's Pizza car buzzing around town and think, pizza sounds good tonight?  Whether it's Pop making you laugh, the visions of pizza and other Italian treats, or their community giving and outreach, there is something they are doing right at Pasquale's.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Pasquale Presa, from Pasquale's Neighborhood Pizzeria on Tuesday, February 4 Rochester breakfast featuring a discussion on: "It's Beyond Good Italian Food:  How to Get and Keep Lasting Customers."

Pasquale's Neighborhood Pizzeria is located just north of the People's Food Co-op, on the corner of 1st Avenue and 5th Street SW, the location is convenient for downtown but also has that low key neighborhood vibe that Pasquale wants to share.  In addition to seating for approximately 100 inside, there is space for another 35 guests to enjoy those Summer evenings on our sidewalk patio.  Chef Pasquale Presa is serving the food he grew up with -- authentic NY-style pizza along with simple, traditional Italian food.  Besides pizza, guests can choose pasta, calzones, stromboli, panzerotti, sandwiches, salads, soups and classic antipasti plates.  It's all made with the finest ingredients Pasquale could find.  From Bari, Italy to New York City to Rochester -- Chef Pasquale is excited to share his food and culture with you.  We look forward to seeing you!

The discussion is at Woodlake Meeting Center.  Continental breakfast will be served from 7:15 to 7:45 with announcements at 7:45 and the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am.  No cost for members; $30 for non-members.

The discussion will also be made available to view through Facebook livestream (free for all PEN members) and/or video-on-demand ($20 members, $40 non-members; free for Premium/Sponsoring members).
