Better Understanding Your Organization: Baldrige Organizational Profile -- Feb 20 Black Hills Workshop

These questions (and others) are part of the Baldrige Excellence Framework "Organizational Profile" -- powerful questions that help drive alignment, better decision making, and a better understanding of the environmental factors facing your organization.  The Performance Excellence Network of the Black Hills is pleased to host a powerful organizational profile workshop on Thursday, February 20.  Participants will have an opportunity to apply these powerful questions to their own organization, exploring how they help optimize resources and build alignment.
