Sometimes we’re the victim of our own success in that we get stuck in our ways. But the most successful leaders and professionals (and organizations) continue to explore new ways of doing things — they focus on continuous improvement and learning.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Sue Hawkes of YESS! to our February 14 St. Paul PEN breakfast discussion: “Unlearning to Learn.”  Sue recently published a book “Chasing Perfection — Shatter the Illusion; Minimize Self-Doubt & Maximize Success.”

Sue will explore the connection between lifelong learning and success.  Unlearning those habits that hinder you allows you to be coachable, humble and creative.  Sue will identify where success can be a learning disability, and the practices to unleash your maximum potential.

The discussion is at Metro State University in the Student Center (details provided at registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:30 am. No cost for members; $30 for non-members.

To register, contact Brian Lassiter at brian.lassiter@performanceexcellencenetwork.org.

Livestreaming (free) and video-on-demand ($20 for members) are now also available (discounted annual subscriptions are available and Premium/Sponsoring Members are free). Please contact brian.lassiter@performanceexcellencenetwork.org for more information and for the link to register for livestream or on demand.
