Engagement Tools for Strategy Conversations — Sept 11 Rochester Breakfast

Having low levels of engagement is not an option when it comes to developing high performing teams and organizations of excellence. Stakeholders absolutely need to be involved in any change effort, committed to contributing their utmost to advance an organization’s mission and achieve an organization’s objectives.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Irina Fursman of Hue Life to our September 11 Rochester PEN breakfast discussion: “Engagement Tools for Strategy Conversations.”

This session will introduce  you to a participatory framework that  is designed to engage key stakeholders, decision makers and subject matter experts in your organization in the process of strategy formation, planning, and execution.  Irina will introduce the framework and share insights and lessons from the field.

The discussion is at RCTC Heinz Center, Rochester MN (details provided after registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:15 to 7:45 with announcements at 7:45 and the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am.  No cost for members; $30 for non-members.

Livestreaming (free) and video-on-demand ($20 for members) are now also available (discounted annual subscriptions are available and Premium/Sponsoring Members are free).
