Maureen will provide a broad overview of Essentia’s current programs, equipment and processes used to establish telehealth services and how Essentia used Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement tools to transform the business model.  She’s share how current and future programs are envisioned to improve outcomes, productivity, and efficiency.
